Welcome to The Mayfair — Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your booking and use of our facilities. By making a booking or using our site, you accept these terms in full.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the specified advance payment.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final payment must be made prior to the event — failure to do so may result in denial of access.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may not be eligible for refund.
- Rescheduling is subject to venue availability. Additional fees may apply.
3. Venue Use & Décor
- All décor and vendor arrangements must be approved by The Mayfair management in advance.
- No open flames, hazardous materials, or fireworks are permitted without written permission.
- Any damage caused by guests or vendors will be charged to the client.
4. Catering & Outside Vendors
- Catering is provided by our in-house team unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Use of outside caterers requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.
5. Parking & Logistics
We provide valet/parking for a large number of vehicles. The management is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles parked on premises.
6. Liability & Insurance
The Mayfair accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during the event. Clients are advised to arrange insurance for large-scale events.
7. Compliance
Clients must comply with local laws, ordinances and the venue's house rules. Management reserves the right to stop an event for safety or legal reasons.
8. Privacy & Data
Personal data collected for bookings will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi.
